Success!

Soooo...spa = awesome! Cathy and I went to work for the morning and then once the clock it twelve...KA-BLAM! Outta there. After picking up some contact solution (did you know distilled water kind of does the same job for 4 or 5 days?) I decided to walk the 5 blocks down to the ferry terminal instead of taking a cab (yes, I am that lazy sometimes. Plus, it is hot outside and cabs are cheap).  The next two hours were awesome! A full body massage (after which I didn't think I could move) and then a full facial/massage-thing. I honestly didn't know it was possible to massage a face for an hour. At the end I am pretty sure I was totally up for a nap, but instead we were kicked out (very politely, of course) by the nice masseuse ladies.

Of course, after such a great afternoon I had no urge to do anything for the rest of the day, so...I didn't. Instead of being productive, I bought flour, sugar, butter and made a double batch of cookies!!

And watched the entire first season of "How I Met Your Mother."

Game, set, match, Saturday. I rocked you!
